Board of Directors

Chairperson: Provides overall strategic direction, leadership, and governance for the organization. Chairs board meetings, ensures effective communication between the board and executive team, and represents the organization at high-level events.

  • Board Members: Support the Chairperson in governance and strategic oversight. Participate in board meetings, contribute to strategic decision-making, and offer expertise and guidance.
Executive Team
Executive Director: Reports to the Board of Directors and serves as secretary to the board. Responsible for overseeing overall operations, strategy, and external relations. Acts as the primary spokesperson, liaises with stakeholders, and ensures the organization achieves its mission and goals.

Research and Analysis Division

Director of Research and Analysis: Reports to the Executive Director. Leads the research and analysis team, develops research strategies, and ensures the quality and relevance of research outputs.
  • Lead Research Analyst: Reports to the Director of Research and Analysis. Manages research projects, analyzes data, and prepares reports.
  • Data Analysts: Report to the Lead Research Analyst. Collect and analyze data, generate insights, and support research projects.
  • Field Researchers: Report to the Lead Research Analyst. Conduct fieldwork, gather primary data, and engage with communities.
Programs and Operations Division
  • Director of Programs and Operations: Reports to the Executive Director. Manages the implementation of programs and operations. Ensures programs align with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Program Managers: Report to the Director of Programs and Operations. Oversee specific programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Project Coordinators: Report to the Program Managers. Assist program managers in planning and executing projects.
  • Field Officers: Report to the Program Managers. Implement programs on the ground, liaise with local communities, and report on progress.
Advocacy and Community Outreach Division
  • Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach: Reports to the Executive Director. Develops and implements advocacy strategies. Engages with communities, policymakers, and media to promote the organization's mission.
  • Advocacy Specialists: Report to the Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach. Focus on policy advocacy, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Community Engagement Officers: Report to the Advocacy Specialists. Work directly with communities to foster relationships and promote initiatives.
  • Public Relations Officers: Report to the Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach. Manage the organization's public image, media relations, and communications.
Training and Capacity Building Division
  • Director of Training and Capacity Building: Reports to the Executive Director. Develops training programs and capacity-building initiatives. Ensures these programs meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Training Coordinators: Report to the Director of Training and Capacity Building. Plan and organize training sessions.
  • Trainers/Facilitators: Report to the Training Coordinators. Deliver training and capacity-building sessions.
  • Curriculum Developers: Report to the Training Coordinators. Design training materials and curricula.
Finance and Administration Division
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Reports to the Executive Director. Manages the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Accountants: Report to the CFO. Handle financial transactions, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Administrative Staff: Report to the CFO. Provide administrative support to the organization.
  • Human Resources Manager: Reports to the CFO. Manages HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations.
Security and Intelligence Division
  • Director of Security and Intelligence: Reports to the Executive Director. Oversees security operations and intelligence gathering. Develops strategies to mitigate security risks.
  • Intelligence Analysts: Report to the Director of Security and Intelligence. Analyze security data, monitor threats, and provide intelligence reports.
  • Security Advisors: Report to the Director of Security and Intelligence. Provide strategic security advice and develop security policies.
