Board of Directors
Chairperson: Provides overall strategic direction, leadership, and governance for the organization. Chairs board meetings, ensures effective communication between the board and executive team, and represents the organization at high-level events.
- Board Members: Support the Chairperson in governance and strategic oversight. Participate in board meetings, contribute to strategic decision-making, and offer expertise and guidance.
Executive Director: Reports to the Board of Directors and serves as secretary to the board. Responsible for overseeing overall operations, strategy, and external relations. Acts as the primary spokesperson, liaises with stakeholders, and ensures the organization achieves its mission and goals.
- Lead Research Analyst: Reports to the Director of Research and Analysis. Manages research projects, analyzes data, and prepares reports.
